SORGENTE GROUP OF AMERICA CORPORATION is the subholding of Sorgente Group which assembles the Group’s various US real estate finance and development initiatives. The mission of Sorgente Group of America Corporation is to strengthen and grow the Group in North America, using the real estate management experience which we have matured in Italy, with the objective to offer real estate investment products on the US market.

A US registered company established in 2010, it is the management company dedicated to the structuring of finance products and the management of the related real estate investment portfolios.
STAR SOURCE FINANCIAL SERVICES INC.
A US registered company, established in 2004 in New York, which is active in real estate management, advisory and brokerage.
MICHELANGELO REAL ESTATE CORPORATION
A US registered company which is the vehicle that completed the purchase of the Chrysler Building (participation resold in 2008), the Flatiron Building, SoHo Greene Street and Tribeca White Street.
